The Junior Science Club contacted Bunnings who donated a raised garden bed and the soil to go inside it!
This is located outside Rooms 8, 9 and 10 so we will be lucky enough to be able to help the Junior Science Club and plant some vegetables.
This will support our learning about growing this term, as we know that seeds need water and sunlight to grow.
I wonder what we will be able to grow from a tiny seed (or small plant) to a yummy vegetable to eat??
Wow. I cannot wait to see which seeds pop their heads up first. Will any seeds sprout before the holidays I wonder? Yay for Bunnings who are supporting our school and our junior science club.
